The hotel was clean and had air conditioning which was great in the hot weather. It was also located close to some shops and restaurants. Another positive aspect was the friendly staff who were polite and helpful.
The room was very small and cramped with a tiny bed and uncomfortable bedding. The bathroom was not the best, with a strange layout that made it difficult to use.

Clean and good AC Likes: the room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. the location was central and close to important city attractions.
Small room and poor service Dislikes: the room was extremely small with uncomfortable bedding. the staff was unprofessional and tried to charge us exorbitant prices for basic services.

The hotel's location is convenient for those who need to be close to the airport or Bautista clinic. It is also near a shopping mall. the surrounding area is quite uninteresting and lacks any local charm.
The hotel's service was very disappointing, and the staff was unhelpful. Despite some positive reviews about the breakfast, the room and bathroom were not clean and were often noisy.
